I got my second vaccine shot today! That and the big ass cheesey cheese burger with sauteed mushrooms & bacon I had for dinner were my highlights. LoL

Spent most of the day outside working on my flower beds before the rain started then moved into my potting shed to transplant some annual. The new mower is working great. It's not too heavy and I don't have to engage the rear wheel drive.

By the end of June it should look like this:

It was not a good day.

A friend of mine called me earlier to inform me that her mother, a former patient, will be medically euthanized tomorrow.

She had been on the palliative floor for a few weeks and on morphine. She wanted to wait a few days in order to spend her last Mother's Day with her family. She wanted to thank me for my past care.

I'll leave it at that.
