Sadly tossed a CEL last evening maybe 400 miles on the car since dp install, no jb4 or intake just AA dp and mpe. Oh well guess we see how good the guarantee is Monday.

Talked with AA this morning, oddly enough the CEL turned itself off. For future people who may stuble upon this thread my CEL popped on about a week after install and lasted roughly 150-200 miles before shutting itself off without being cleared. After talking with AA sometimes the cat needs to burn in basically. The sound is amazing. They also said they are waiting for a local m240 so they can work on a catback for our cars.

My jb4 showing DP detection. I prob have 3k miles on the DP, less than a year. I recently went to dealer to fix the digital key warranty so not sure if an update allows detection or coincidence.

Did AA send you a new one? Install was a pain so fretting even swapping to have same result down the road.

Wanted to let others know in case.

Not familiar with this specific case but Active Autowerke takes care of every warranty claim with their downpipe. if its detected, you will receive a new downpipe

I've had my AA downpipe for almost a month now (purchased from Mike at https://x-ph.com/ ). I had it installed by a local custom exhaust shop and I carefully followed the break-in instructions that came with it. No CEL to-date and it sounds great, although I hoped it would be a little louder than it is.
While the AA DP is reported to yield quicker turbo spool-up and +18 HP / +13 TQ, these improvements are not something that I would have expected to significantly change the feel or performance of my car (but they're nice to have).
Overall, I'm very satisfied with my AA DP with no regrets.
