almost thought you channeled mpimping for a bit. i obviously didn't watch the episode, but if they clearly write on there they are selling pictures of cell phones, isn't it legal? unscrupulous for sure, but sounds legal.

It all depends on how you list the item. If you list it in the cellphone category, claim it weighs 4.9oz then hide the fact that it is actually just a picture in a thousand words of text then it is not legal.

Well the weight is what Judge Judy hung her on, if she had left the specific information blank and said you're bidding on the picture well fools are soon parted with their money then. I bet the woman went off and did it again, this time being a bit smarter from her $5K encounter with Judge Judy.
