That's your best bet straight from dealership to ppf shop.

Quality good although I haven’t seen the AutoID ones in the flesh so can’t compare them I’m afraid.

Installed the I-Sweep 2000 brake pads yesterday and the squealing freight train has left the building.

Shout out to TSD Motorsports in south jersey for quick install. Highly recommend this shop for anyone near or far. Great installer for BMW and Supra. They have a close relationship with Kies and can source products directly.
Thx for pro tip. Rick in DE

Love Cliff and the guys! They've been my shop of choice since getting my G80.

I have an intake, and turbo got even louder with the tuner. This includes much more evident blow-off sounds not previously apparent.
I think it will be quite awesome, and as with any tune, will not likely want to go back. Car being manual, I don’t think I’m gonna push for any higher numbers past this, maybe a downpipe. Intake and midpipe done so far.

Maybe I’ll find a local dyno to check +\- tuner. I’ve never dynoed before but would be cool for posterity.
I just started learning about piggyback tune. Is it reversible for warranty issues/how safe is it on the car without having to replace cooling or manifold (expensive sh!t) lol.

If you tune it in any way, for even a minute, BMW will know. Whether or not they pester you about it is a whole different story

Got the M2 back today. Had full stealth ppf installed, flow through spoiler, and black M2 badge. I'll get some better shots once it dries out around here.

Installed dongle that automatically links sport display to M1/M2 buttons.
Courtesy of M Division from the land down under, purchased through messenger here. Not sure how he or the company will be selling these otherwise. Cost is $350.
Install was easier on my MT than his video on the auto, which was already super easy.

On brief testing, it works as advertised in his video.
For me, this is worth every penny. This is a gripe I had from day 1 hour 1 in the car back in April.
I’ll post in iDrive section as well.

Not free. Minimal discount for early adopter. And I don’t mind at all. I’m only mad at BMW.

Piggybacks in parallel to only connector under there. Box is smaller than a draggy. I’m guessing it recognizes a call for M1/M2 and piggybacks sports display signal. However they did it, does exactly what I need it to.

I messaged him here. M Division . Then sent some Australian dollars his way on a prayer. Dongle arrived promptly.
Not sure why he’s so hush hush, maybe working on a site to sell, or supply, or US distributor. Maybe not even his product. Either way, dongle is legit. I applaud the electrical engineer who put it together.

Pop off stock knob. New one tightens onto the shaft with couple small hex screws. Easy.

Installed Advanced Autowerke equal length midpipe today with oem down pipe and oem axleback. Still quiet at startup with valves closed. Decel is more pronounced. Higher rpms she sings. Will give it some time to see if it needs the high flow dp too.

I’m seriously debating getting tires and running it in the winter. I had two weeks with it before I had to store it. It kills me to open my garage door and see it just sitting there collecting dust….

Installed the Evolution Racewerks crossover pipe and the Active Autowerk EL Midpipe today. Install was a breeze! Longest part was cutting the exhaust. Definitely wakes up the car, burbles are more pronounced and I also feel like the throttle response is a little snappier! Could just be the new mod placebo effect though!

Next up is the MHC front lip and side skirts! Arriving from R44 on 11/30.

Looking for an axel back (Remus Race releases in Feb I heard) and intake next. Debating on the pricier Eventuri or MST/similar open style. Just going to run BMC drop ins and remove the charcoal filters for now though.
