I've had 2 short timers calendars in my life. First one was in Vietnam; counted 365 days.

I had my car serviced well and at a "reasonable" price.

They had promised to rip me off by the phone, so I had to reduce the order to the minimum, excluding things I could do myself. On the spot it went much better though: it was an amazing unexpected discount fest so I could include everything needed and even proceed cynically

to making some profit by having them replace my wiper blades as well (discounted it cost less than buying at full price from them and fitting myself). It was no trick: the initial cosmic prices were the current "regular"

, I had to switch from my previous service (that had asked even more) to this one because of that (both BMW official). And, of course, I watched them doing it: no paper buy for me!

Fridays nights (tonight) are my nights to get a little tipsy. Usually drink wine, red zinfandel, but have been sampling some cognac and brandy for something different. Really enjoying it. Tonight it will be Remy Martin 1738 Cognac. Pretty good.

PS - hope my doctor won't mind.
