My dealer said that my M2 has arrived at the Vehicle Processing Center. My car was on the Glovis Sunlight and it is going to a dealership in Daytona Beach Florida.

I assumed it would get off the Glovis Sunlight at Brunswick because it is schedule to stop there on 12/23.

Do you guys think they actually dropped my car off in Baltimore to be shipped to Florida or is my dealer wrong? He has been delayed and wrong about some dates along the travel. Thanks for any insight or information!
Does your car say “at the port” or “in transit”?

The dealer has access to way more information than we do. If the car came off and got scanned then they would know so if that’s what he’s telling you I’d believe him

Mine (MY23) was supposed to go to Brunswick but the port was full (nothing could b offloaded) so it took the trip to Baltimore and the items to be port installed had to be sent up to Baltimore, as well. It was then trucked down to West Palm Beach. Not only did it delay for the shipping time from Brunswick to Baltimore but it had to sit offshore and wait in two different locales for almost a week.

Thanks for sharing, I don’t have any port installed options so hoping it won’t take so long. Once it left the port did it take 2 days to get to Florida?

Well after 7 and a half weeks I have officially moved from final assembly to "Ready for transport". Will post my whole timeline once I have keys in hand. This part was painful though. Now for an East Coast bound ship....

Mine just flipped to In Transit. Officially left VPC and on its way to the dealer. Should be on the lot by the morning according to Genius. Question is, can dealer turn around delivery by Saturday? Would love to crush some break-in miles this weekend vs. taking delivery on monday

Same here. My dealer is in North Jersey. It's going to be a squeeze for them to close the deals by December 31st if the cars don't even ship till Saturday.

That’s very odd
Did you put a deposit on it?
They might have just grabbed the “sold” ones first to get them on the lots for delivery

rons e92 I think this is the thread where we were talking about the new key possibly coming to the M2 and how the piano black would scratch. Well... here's the key on my 2024 530i loaner. Thank god this key hasn't made it to the M2 (yet). Leave it up to BMW to make PPF'ing keys a thing.

Does the my garage tracker update to at the dealership when it's dropped off or when the dealer actually scans/checks it in? Mine still says in transit since being on a 3 hour truck ride that departed yesterday afternoon. I want to take delivery by tomorrow!

**updated seconds after posting this. At the Dealership**

The newew ones are matte black, our 25 X5 has it. I hated the piano black on our 24 X5.
