How did you locate it? I seem to be stuck at “Confirm your vehicle” which requires a security code?

What is your status on the tracker? I am still at Ready for Transport. Hope I move to At Port this week so I can catch that ship...

Garage List
2022 BMW M240i  [0.00]
So I may be out of the wait list doing the lease paperwork on a cancelled order for TNM fully optioned like mine.

Canberra BMW will have the same spec in PB available in Aug if any Aussies are keen PM for sale rep contact details. ETA to Aus 19th Aug build started yesterday

I didn't have to do anything. I just got an email that my 2022 M240i was registered with BMW ConnectedDrive app.

Hi All,

So what a journey this is turning out to be...

15th Jan - Order placed 15th Jan - Initial Build week 14 (Status 112)
15th March - Dropped to build week 16 (Status 112)
9th April - Dropped to build week 20 (Status 111)
29th April - Still week 20, but back to status 112. Also given delivery week 29.
9th May - Back to status 105
20th May - Spoke to my dealer, confirmed my car will now be a MY23. New build week 29 (w/c 18th July) with delivery mid-late September. Back to status 111. I've been told any MY23 cars won't start production until week 27 which is the beginning of July.

We discussed the pack changes, but ultimately I'm not losing anything from my original spec, just some items are now separate options such as the 19" wheels with performance tyres and the HK audio.

Also confirmed the HUD is part of the Live Cockpit Professional (it's the plus that doesn't include the HUD), so even though the HUD isn't listed on my build sheet specifically, its included as I have the Live Cockpit Professional.

If the car was built week 14 as per my original order in Jan, it would nearly be here! But, I know people have waited far longer than me!

It'll be interesting to try out the new iDrive8, I'm not taken on the design, but do like new tech.

Week push again now to week 27 and I heard via dealer the factory will be retooling in June. I have no clue but I don't believe it would make sense if they are retooling to keep building 2022s. Now that DE and UK have confirmed 23s. Anyone else pushed to week 27 today?

Anything after week 26 = MY23 model.

From what I’ve seen, so far, with the advanced technology, availability of RWD, and repackaged options I prefer to wait an extra month for a 2023 model

My car has been sitting at the Brunswick VPC for a week since arriving at the port on the evening of the 16th. Typical? There are no stop sales / recalls for my VIN.

This is for a PCD out of Greer.

For those of us who have been in Production Begins with vins already assigned.. I just jumped to Entering Assembly Line this afternoon! Looks like we're moving again! (I've been in Production Begins for over 4 weeks)

that's the kind of news I like to hear!! It feels like it's been forever since it entered Production Begins.

On Wednesday I'll be accepting delivery of my vehicle. Order placed on 02/04 with an immediate allocation and production number/status 112. Got a week 14 build date. Vehicle delivered to my dealer on May 21. Compared to some, I can't complain. Best of luck to all those still awaiting delivery.

When did you order your car if you don't mind me asking?

I ordered on 3/12 and received an allocation/production number on 3/30. Flipped to Production Begins with VIN assigned on 4/25 and just flipped to Entering Assembly Line today, exactly 4 weeks later. Not terrible, but it's like watching paint dry.

Hoping to drive off the lot before the end of June if not sooner. Will update as I go.

Mine has been sitting at the Brunswick VPC since beginning of May. I have a PCD scheduled for June 13th. I’m assuming they will put it on a truck a week or so before delivery. Did you have a delivery date scheduled already ?

They won’t let me schedule until it’s “released” from the VPC. Did they reach out to you to schedule?

They reached out to my dealer with a first available date they had which was June 1st, but that specific day didn't really work for us, so I rescheduled it for June 13th. Once the work order is complete at the VPC, they will contact your CA to set up a date.

Congrats! Before your car jumped to Entering Assembly Line, do you know what your production date was listed at?

Mine moved to Production Begins (150) on April 25, with a production date of May 10. On May 16, the production date updated to May 26. Still in 150 today, wondering if I can actually trust the listed date at this point.
