I don't think I was clear enough so to be sure you understand me, I don't doubt I'M 100% CERTAIN you don't run a mile in less than a minute and a half, I don't need to check it.

i love powerlifting! I used to be a bodybuilder but after learning about powerlifting its all I train for the past 2 years. Im a competitive powerlifter too and my best PR's are
squat - 460
bench - 295 (paused)
deadlift - 615

all at 83kg weight / 181 pounds

Push press is fun. Strict press can be frustrating at times because some days it just feels heavy as hell and the weight doesn't want to go anywhere.

With push press you can add in some hip drive which makes the movement a lot faster/more fluid. Plus it translates to the olympic lifts.
