Also, spademonkey can probably talk about how his M HAS came setup from port.

Why would a HAS kit a better option other than the adjustability?

I'm struggling to understand how the G87 can come with different spring rates than G8X from the factory, but have the same kit aftermarket.

Am I missing something?

I'm considering doing this over the winter.
I have the same mindset and have been waiting for a manufacturer to finally confirm fitment. The fact that not one has, makes me think we’re right for waiting.

Officially two weeks “at the port” now waiting for the suspension install. CA said they have no contacts at the VPC and it’s out of their control now. I guess I’m stuck waiting.

I know how excruciating that VPC wait can be. Hang in there, it'll be worth it.

If they're waiting for parts, they're probably coming by ship, vice a faster means of shipping parts. We learned that with the part my car was waiting for. Frustrating.

Could’ve had the car last week and paid a performance shop to install the springs in a single day. Haha. When I called around to multiple dealership parts departments, the kit was in stock at all their warehouses. It would be pretty dumb if the VPC didn’t get the parts from a warehouse if they’re readily available vs getting them from fuck where else by boat.

Car has been released from the VPC to a land carrier. Should be at the dealership sometime this week. All in all, it took from 5/30 to 6/11 for the M Perf. HAS suspension to be installed!

So IND posted another option, significantly less expansive than others so far, but yet again, specced for all the G series. Did this company just say, yep, it fits? I still don't understand how they all share the same HAS kits.

Fingers crossed one of the big brands puts out an official product soon. I emailed KW again tonight, will post an update if they give me anything of value.

Ooof, glad they got mine thru in just a few days. We’ve seen longer than yours though, hopefully it’s consistently getting better.

A few days to go!

Dunno. Could be that the VPC on the west coast didn’t have the parts on hand and had to order them. It could also have been that they had a backlog of cars with work to be done. I’m taking delivery either today or tomorrow.

Yeah, that makes since as well, I know they had my parts waiting. I still think yours went through quicker even than previous.

Sweet, mine is supposed to arrive tomorrow, but I’m not holding my breath. I’m finalizing my decision on PPF installer today. Hoping I’ll see the car Monday and it won’t wait too long to be picked up.

Now I have to figure out my break-in road-trip since I won’t be driving it up from the PC.

I added the performance suspesion while the car was being loaded on the ship, so no surprise they weren’t readily there if that’s the case. Lol. I have the PPF stuff sorted out and will leave the car to them for a week, so I’m learning my lessons on delaying gratification.

Can one order the M Performance coilovers as a port-installed option?

Though I haven't done it yet it's totally doable IMO and how I'll be doing it over the winter.
