It is one of the most consistently asked-for colors on every poll I've ever seen.

Personally, I prefer blues myself, but obviously IOMG is highly coveted.

I think Lemans Blue would look great on the new M2. I had it on a 135 a long time ago and it was a really dynamic color. It would suit the sharp lines of the G87 IMO.

Truth. I also had LMB on a 135i and if it hadn't been for the 1 M I would still have it for the color alone. It's a perfect medium shade of sapphire blue. It's never purpley like some of the darker BMW blues, nor green like some of the lighter shades of blues. It's always true-blue no matter the ambient lighting conditions are at the moment.

Since I am climbing those golden stairs might as well also ask for a nice, polished silver rim option. Forged would be optimum but probably too much to ask, so at least offer a silver variant.

That is a great color. Though I like ZB, if they offered another blue such as that I would be looking to make a swap down the line.

Ha ha. No. My order is locked in. But if these MY25 changes were coming for MY24 instead would you still be cracking the same jokes?

Oh I realize that, was replying to the guy who took a cheap shot at me here because of my inquiry in another thread lol.

You’re one of the good ones regardless, appreciate your contributions here.

I highly doubt they'll change anything with the styling of the car. Even though ynguldyn mentioned "cosmetic changes" I expect that to be something simple like updated interior, new interior/exterior colors, revised headlights and taillights, etc. I think the only time they would actually revise something is if they come out with a M2C, then maybe in that case it'll get a different fender with an M2C badge on it. Even then that's a big maybe.

Appears to be a completely new color altogether. I don't see it offered on any BMW, not even as an individual color.

Makes me wonder, could this actually be an M2C after all and Mineral Red is the launch color? No idea, total speculation on my part.

So Mineral Red would be a pearl color like Mineral White?Seems like a very strange color choice for an M car.
