Okay, after 7 1/2 months I'm wrapping this up. The last entry, schlouzon from Texas, takes the record for longest wait. It's been interesting.

Thank you for keeping this up. Is there a way we can keep this going? Is there a platform we can use that way the work isn't just on one person. The information on the sheet is helpful for new people ordering.

I think inviting forum-wide input into a document like this would be a mess; that's why I kept control by using a simple spreadsheet, but it is a lot of work. I can supply the sheet to anyone that wants it.
