The puppy turned 8 weeks old yesterday. He is 13.5" tall and weighs 13 pounds, so he should be a good size - we like them large.

Right now, this is the view of him that we get the most.

African cichlids are awesome. Constant aggression and posturing. And beautiful colors. I had a tank years ago that I kept angel fish and discus in. Had several tanks actually. I bred both of the above but got bored and sold them all and just filled the big tank with lots of coral and african cichlids.

Here's a "harvest" from a brushing of Vivi, my 18-year-old 11-pound domestic shorthair cat. She sheds like mad for a couple of months in the Spring/early Summer. I can get this much off her a couple of times a week, which is about as often as she'll let me brush her. There's bribery involved, and that's all I'll say.

Don't anymore, but I had quite a few when I was a kid/teenager. I love African chiclids, so colorful and entertaining, and always had lots of babies swimming hatching. I wouldn't mind having a fish tank again, maybe once my last cat has passed.
