If you have money to burn then move some into a TDA account and do research on stocks to make investments. Doing so through a retirement fund is the safest bet. Great returns can come from single stock investments but with that comes the possibility of great loss. That my only advice.

And then you can setup Think or Swim on your computer, log-in to your account, and set it up for paper trading. Then you actually get to play the stock market with nothing but paper money while you learn the fundamentals. You get to play with the charts and everything. Plus here are some videos on how you can use those charts. Fundamentals, Research Analysis, Moving Averages, and one that I am now starting to learn...Fibonacci Retracements.

Xspa Direct Offering at $5.25 it seems. Good for "longs" not good for people that didn't get in early.
Should set the new "Low". Typically means that bigger game is planning to get in..and also alludes to the fact they have other contracts waiting on hand and need to raise capital to expand! It dropped ...but now starting to slowly rise back. Can't believe people selling below the offering price! Panic and no patience....that's how you screw yourself! Offering is higher than the price it closed yesterday! SMH..*♂️ DIRECT OFFERING = NO DILLUTION 40 million dollar offering. Could open a lot of new test facilities with that! Already seen pictures of the setup in JFK!

Direct offering typically does not mean dilution depending on how it's registered. **Edit** It means far less dilution. After the RS...Public Float dropped to a huge low. So I don't see the DO impacting that in a big way. If it was a PO...then I could see it being a much bigger impact. But a PF of less than 5M is crazy!! In a direct public offering, a business issues registered shares without the full expense of an initial public offering. Since direct public offerings are issued through officers and directors, there are no underwriters. Shares are marketed directly to parties that might have an interest in the company, and the buyers often include customers, distributors, or employees.

There's no such thing as "less dilution". The issuers saves on expenses, but it has little to do with the share price.
Again, they executed few steps to run up the price, to make additional share more attractive price wise. |

So it is not intended to dilute the share price....well aside from the people panicking and selling it because they don't know what this means. Public Offerings and Direct Offerings do put more shares out. One to everyone, and the other to private interests/ institutions that have an interest in the company. Now if they came out with a DO of $4 or less that would be diluting it. Maybe I should have stated it differently as I meant no dilution to share price.

It's up to you....that one is being scalped big time. I know a lot of people are trading it daily the last few days. Buying where it's at now...and selling after a small spike!
I tend to lean towards longer holds. I bought it a long time ago...had it about 3 weeks...doubled my money...and didn't go back.

Yes, I think it’s still too high where it’s at now. I’ll feel more comfortable in the low 2’s or below.

Dang dude...what did you get in at? I think I mentioned it in this thread a month or so ago....maybe longer. At the time...it was dirt cheap and I bought and oly had to hold for about 3 weeks to double what I had bought. Since that time...it went crazy. That's why I said the other day I should have stayed in it until at least this past Monday.

Not hating back....but I'm up almost $50K this year from doing this. If you go back through the thread... a lot of warning has been given out about day trading. I consider myself a swing trader...and that is only after I have already maxed out my retirement accounts. And a lot of warning has been given about this being a very small portion of money that you can afford to lose and to not take it lightly as it is basically gambling. And there are quite a few on here who have made a few thousand dollars doing so already. Market is doing crazy things right now....so if the opportunity presents itself.... Again...not directed at you specifically. In fact I agree with you. You really need to know what you are doing. That's why I suggested he start with "paper trading".

I know mixed shelf means pretty much the "kitchen sink" sometimes. Shares, Warrants, Debt securities, Contracts, etc. It was alerted before 6:30am this morning...but hasn't seemed to impact it. BELFA 11.07 + 1.42 (14.72%)
