Made crock pot barley soup last evening. Smells and tastes great. I'm not a cook and wife stopped cooking years ago, so the crock pot is a life saver.

....on lightly toasted seeded whole wheat with home grown lettuce and tomatoes. Just enough mayonnaise so that it oozes out a bit when you bite.
