I run a clinic that serves a lot of homeless people. We’re short staffed today due to an ice storm. I’m not needed to see patients, so I’m working lobby security, handing out coffee, and giving folks who need it gloves, coats, hats, and socks. Best day ever.

Took a shift at the ER last night to allow a friend to spend Christmas with family and another one this evening for the same reason.
This afternoon, we will be distributing the Christmas hampers to the local Seniors' Homes. |

Not sure if today is a good day or not, yet. We’ll find out on my next visit to my cardiologist. I’ve been getting some strange and unusual heartbeats for the past few weeks, some feel like little tremors, and I’m currently wearing a 24 hour heart monitor. Will turn it in tomorrow. It’ll be interesting to hear what my doctor has to say.

Other than getting up once to go to the bathroom, had a my first night's good sleep in a while. Recovering from a lingering back injury that makes sleeping a little difficult.

I had time to spend under the hood of the Cayenne. Have been distracted lately and I appreciated the quality time for a thorough underhood inspection.
