Using the F12 trick I saw my build completion date was January 31st. Sure enough, over the course of the day on the 31st I went through every step up to 180. For those whose cars are built and waiting to get on a ship, are you tracking things in the app or the garage website, or are you calling the Genius line to get updates?

From what I’ve personally seen and from what I was told by Customer Relations, the app and the website don’t update in a timely manner. Your best best for the most accurate status is the Genius line.

My app and website were always the same but they would jump a lot of steps in a single day, usually after a weekend. I think in one day I jumped 8 steps.

I called Genius and got the name of the ship it was on and found out it was already out to sea before the status changed.

Interesting. Do you remember what step the app showed you on when Genius told you you were on a ship?

The app is showing me in step 9 since Friday but I’m actually in step 11, so same experience there.

It was either at the port or awaiting carrier assignment.
The website isn't loading for me currently so I can look through it (shocking)
