Pan seared New York strip steak with sauteed onions and salad with vinaigrette. Fresh melon for dessert.

Steak was seasoned with rosemary and garlic, and basted with pan juices, EVOO and butter.

I have 2 of the Le Creuset Dutch ovens in different sizes. They are pricey, but worth every penny!

We have an older gentleman who's into ice fishing and goes door to door selling his catch.

Small speckled trouts in butter, salt, pepper and lemon. Yes, I had to gut them. Females had eggs.

The one I got (7.25 qt.) is perfect for today’s application. But I think it’s too big for making bread. Have you made any bread in your’s and if so what’s the right size (4- or 5-qt.).

I have never tried bread in one, I need to look into that! 🤔

Thanks. There are a bunch on YouTube. Bread looks pretty good and fairly easy as bread goes.
