Well I decided, for now, the decision is neither. I am 85% sure I am going to wait for the 6s. After messing around with my buddy's 6...it's just isn't worth the $240 it will cost me to get a 64 GB (which is the storage size I would need). Not enough features (don't really care about better camera or bigger screen) to draw me in.

What happens is people see the $199 price and think they are getting a deal. But really ATT is just charging more each month for the Access Charge. You pay for the phone either way you do it.

I really knew nothing about the program until recently. It seemed like a program for poor people to get phones they can't really afford...

Why do they make your service cheaper for doing Next? Seems so stupid. I hate the thought of paying a monthly fee for the phone. Seems like leasing. Companies don't do things to be nice...just felt like I was missing something. There has to be some advantage to being willing for put down the "full" 2 year contract price up front. I am shocked to learn you're better off making monthly payments. Why do they do this?

What do you use? I have 2gb with AT&T and I can't even use it all. I stream Pandora a lot too. I guess if you watch youtube video all days that will kill your data.

Depends how you look at it. People on the NEXT plan pays full price for the iPhone. I never paid full price for any of my iPhone in my life. I always paid the $199 price.

I have no internet in my music studio so I tether my phone for myself and like 3 other people to use all my LTE haha.

At home my Wifi gets 64Mbps. I ain't got no worries

I am doing a 3 way swap now that I've thought about it...

selling 5s for $399... upgrading to 6 on contract for $299... selling for $699, repurchasing an unlocked 6 for $750

I went for a 6 Plus 128GB model. Picked up a couple of Saturdays back from my local Apple store.

Overall, I like the phone. I don't have particularly large hands (I would say my hands are on the smaller size) but I have no issue holding it. The camera is great especially with an active 2 year old. Pictures are much clearer compared to my 5S.

The only thing I don't like is that a lot of apps are zoomed in on standard view but this will go away as more developers update their apps to take take advantage of the bigger screens in the 6 and 6 plus.

Now the only thing I need is for Speck to release their cases in the UK.

6 or 6+? Apple lists the 6 as 7-10 business days. If you do store pickup you should be able to get one sooner.

I ordered mine through Verizon and it arrived on launch day.

FWIW, for the iPhone 4 and 5, I just walked up to Verizon on launch day and grabbed one. No lines. No hassle.

As a side note, try walking into your local Target. Many of my coworkers have picked theirs up there over the last couple of weeks.
