While not my cup of tea, I love the detail and thought you have done with it. I did not see what your plans are for it. Is this just going to be a fun weekend toy?
Does this qualify for Grundy or like insurance? |

It will just be a weekend cruiser. As you can probably tell it's not going to be fast by any means. It'll be quick. Kind of like how a Miata is quick and still fun- but not crazy fast. Probably go to some shows- no real plans yet.

It's fast for the technology in it. Just the way an e30 M3 is slow these days, slower cars make you learn and appreciate fast cars because to drive a slow car fast you need to learn all the fast things about how to drive it fast. That is why so many kids wreck their faster cars. They have not learned how to drive a car fast. It's nice to have the technology but that can only help you in some instances.

A lot of work has been done. Got it back from the paint shop and started assembling it. Also got the 5 lug suspension back from
Powder coating- it's a shame that I'll never see it hah Pics!

The RSX-S is a wonderful car. I didn't care for them when they came out, but would kill for one now

Almost there! Just trying to find new glass at this point.
Got my tires on. Replaced the old tach with a more engine appropriate tach. All new front suspension. Waiting on the camber kit

I have almost all the suspension ready. Waiting on brake lines and a rear camber kit, then I can put it on the ground. All that I lack is, interior refurbish- and glass Install, and wet sand and buff oh and registration lol. Here's some pics of the basically all brand new suspension. Went with js racing front camber kit, hardrace LCA. Whiteline sway bar. Brand new hubs and bearings from Honda. Refurbished knuckles and trailing arm

Example; when I purchased my 5 lug swap it needed all new bushings, brakes and two brake calipers had to be rebuilt. If I had a budget- that wouldn't have been possible.

You've just got to admire someone who puts their automotive passions above over secondary, more unimportant considerations..... like food, shelter, clothing, wife/girlfriend, etc.

Oh man 1st car...Year 2001, I was 16...1991 Honda Accord 4 door AT.
I Painted in Laguna Seca M3 Blue, had moldings and handles shaved... Bought a JDM H22A and just went for the swap with nothing more than some boces classes... Started 1st crankw f22 ecu....never could get it funning with multiple h22a ecus? Got an Apexi VTEC controller and sent f22a ecu to get remapped h22a map for stg 2 cams, raised rev limit etc...Converted it to stick also LOL... JDM 2nd Car was a 1990 CRX Si, got a rebuilt JDM B16a w s1 tranny...150 dry shot, stock muffler, but FBO and had MSD ignition retard switch for nitrous... Car did an 11.7 but @ 115mph (s1 tranny at 9k rpms was topped out at 115 lol... so bouncing off rev limiter 11.7...1/8 mile and races told me it was doing 10s with the right tranny... Sprayed so many bottles...stuck a valve going 3rd to 1st at 9k spraying (hit 15k RPMs)...After beating on it trying to totally blow it up, it became unstuck... B16a was indestructable...

I feel like I'm always waiting on parts. I bought some shock forks that were supposedly made for the LCA's that I have- I even asked the guy if he was sure. Of course they were wrong. This is the 3rd time now that I have bought used parts and they didn't work out. Always buy new!
I started assembling the body panels and putting my bumpers on to see how they'd look. Also picked up some TE37's in 16's. Trying to find some in 17's from the 90's era.
