If I understand it, you think the camo car has a nice match here front and rear, nothing seems off at all, and there's something to see in the VO 1M pictures to back that up? I'll attach a pic showing what I've been talking about here the whole time. Just genuinely curious if it doesn't catch your eye and make you wonder.

I like the DCT in my F87, but if I have to chose between a 6MT or ZF8, it's 6MT no doubt, and I have no problem with that.

Not considered a G42; it is a G42. G87 goes full Hulk on top of that.

Interesting that the C-pillar is camouflaged: is BMW M toying with the Hofmeister kink or considering the idea to affix a BMW logo (as on the BMW 3.0 CSL and 3.0 CS and CSL Hommage) ?

Recently the X2 also got this feature as a change for the sake of change ("For true distinction, the BMW emblem has been repositioned next to the Hofmeister kink on the C pillar. Just another case of breaking the rules.").

Just remember that it is scheduled to go into production in December 2022. Still a long road ahead to a final version.

Wow ok, those are some impressive fender lines for a standard G42! Sounds like both vehicles will be very impressive in their own right!

Now if they can just keep the weight down, i dont care about power - i just dont want it to be fat!

My shortlist for a "Drivers Car" once this is released:
- G87 M2
- Lotus Emira (If I can option it at a decent price point)
- Nissan Z (if they also can keep the weight down and driving dynamics on point, could be a nice budget buy)
- Supra, if a manual is ever released - theres still hope with this fabled High performance GR edition to come
