I actually didn’t do anything, but my dealer put on the 1000Ms 😁 Still need to wait 12th of June to pick it up. I believe it looks great, but definitely needs a discrete drop and some spacers 😁

Installed IKON motorsports lip spoiler today. Bought off Amazon for a good price. Came quick and fit and finish were great. I am definitely impressed with the quality of this for $240 shipped.
While I wanted to go with the selections from AutoID, I couldn't bring myself to pay for shipping. This was the next best option and I am very happy with how it came out. |

I might have the record for distance traveled to acquire an M2. Just picked this up, did a pretty ugly TracWrap job and headed for home. The folks at BMW of Ridgefield, CT were great. Shout out to Jack and Azi. We sometimes diss the "finance guy". Azi was terrific in helping me fix a few challenges on the paperwork. Off to Chicago today. Spent the evening in Lamar, PA which I think is in JustinHemi's neck of the woods. Then on to AZ. Wishing you all well on getting and enjoying your rides. |

Yeah not far by highway, but great back roads between me and there! We should have let our cars have a play date. Congratulations! Enjoy the drive home! I recommend setting google maps to avoid highways for the rest of PA.

I try to envision what you say, but in person, I just would not like a lip that did that. I think this G42 lip is perfect (for me and my eye).

M_Power Rob is just full of unpopular opinions. Spoilers in the "wrong place", piggybacks are useless junk...do you have anything nice to say, Rob? Or are you just the Contrarian Capitan of the G87 forums?

I like both looks. I'm fine with it not sitting at the edge of the trunk and would be ok with one sitting at the edge of it. Honestly for me it would depend on the other carbon stuff I had going on in the rear.
I like aggressive rear lower bumper diffusers, which I can't wait for us to have more options on that. So that would affect if I kept the trunk lip I have or went with a different one. But since I couldn't get the diffuser I wanted first and got the trunk lip first without being able to visualize the final rear bumper end-result coupled with paying wayyy too much money for stupid m perf trunk lip, I'm sure I'll be sticking with what I have forever On a side note, I do hate the rear bumper fake air inlet things from M performance did lol

Maybe read my posts (or dont, I truly dont care), not just cherry pick what you want to for your benefit. What I post are my opinions and what you post are yours. I am not attacking anyone by posting opinions (if people are thin skinned and feel that way, so be it). No, I will not get into a pissing match over piggyback vs ecu tune as I have been attacked in the past and not worth it (just like you want to bring it up now). I have been building modding cars for over 20 years and was a regular at Gainesville Raceway when I lived in Gainesville (with trophiesand wiin slips). |

I though the same thing when I looked at my park job. “Now I remember why I don’t lower my cars!”
