No ACC bracket on mine, but great job hiding it a bit.

Autotecknic CSL grill in carbon. So far, the quality of the grill looks top notch. The packaging was absolutely insane though, so much bubble wrap inside two different sleeves, this thing is not going to break during shipping lol. Once the other carbon bits come in, hopefully in a couple of weeks, I'll install it all.

Installed the M Performance carbon fiber door sill plates. Simple 5-min installation and order from www.bmwpartscenter.com for $268.69 total including shipping.

Part # 51-47-2-472-521

The first pic makes it appear as if they're larger than the standard sill plates, they're not. They came with new clips/pins 6 white and 4 larger green. Not sure what the green were for, there are only 6 holes in the door sill & the standard plates use only the 6 white pins.

What is the benefit of doing this? I realize it's less airflow restriction, but can you actually tell from your butt dyno?

Honestly, no I have not been able to tell. But, the time investment was less than 10 minutes so I thought I’d give it a shot.

Zero difference in the smell of the cabin. It’s identical to day one.

My cars without them had a characteristic smell under the hood, unlike new cars. Having had the prior experience of removing it twice and not feeling anything, I’m on team stock this time around. Less is more, and the more the car is molested the less valuable it is too, something to consider.
BMW cut costs and weight a whole lot with this car. No electric tailgate, no 360 cameras, no NFC in manuals. If the carbon filters weren’t absolutely necessary, they’d have left them out.

Removing them is unlikely to add any performance benefit and keeping them is likely to improve your air quality substantially.

Went out to the edge of town and did a few sport+ take offs and drive bys of the new exhaust set up. AA EL paired up with Eisenmann Axle back. Video is pretty terrible I’m definitely not a skilled YouTuber!

RK front mount intakes, carbon grille, MAD fatboy catless downpipes, JB4 installed today. Feels like a whole different beast!

Had to cut a pretty large section out of the grille to get intakes to fit. Glad I went the China route for under $500 versus the Alpha-N for $1500. Quality and fitment is good, despite having to widen almost all of the 18 clips around the grilles lol.

Crappy phone pics for now
