Maybe it's the COLOR, not the size

Shoulder workout today. Have to take it easy on my left shoulder as I strained something on my front delt. Hurts like hell but have to power through it. Cant skip a gym day, will just do lighter weight higher reps to get the pump.

I don't think ghost is a protected class.

I counter-claim equal compensation to pay for sunglasses needed while working out near your ghosts

Lordy, but the differentiation on the shoulders is looking GOOD.

I should be switching back to higher reps/lower weights, but I just want to stay heavier/less right now. It feels GOOD at the end of the workout to feel a bigger pump.

Not sure if this is ego getting in the way, or I should listen to what I think my body is telling me.

NOT dropping the shoulder rotations between sets though.

My new out there goal by my 50th bday is 5 wheels on squat and 6 on dead. Not actively powerlifting but as a side effect from getting better with hams and hips on bodybuilding side. Long shot

Ate whatever I wanted Sunday-Sunday last week. Did this because I was down around 188 when I woke up Sunday morning last week, and that just didn't sit well with me. Weighed in at 194 yesterday morning, so felt good about that. Will dial the calories back the next couple days and see where I am at. Most of you are probably reading this asking why I uped my intake if my goal in general was to lean out. It's because the weight loss came the wrong way. Last weekend I didn't eat much and drank way too much. I could've kept calories down and road it out, but I was under the assumption that my muscles were under fed. If I continued out I didn't think in the long run the results would pan. Hence why I just ate everything this past week, almost like a week long re-feed. Now I feel like I am at a better starting point to lean out while keeping in mind muscle fullness.

Anyways lifted legs Saturday, back/tri yesterday, and shoulder/biceps this morning. Each workout was pretty solid, back is sore as hell today.

Got back from my trip late Friday night and enjoyed the rest of my weekend as I was still in "vacation mode" Today is Monday, and I am stoked to get back in the gym after work and get back on the proper nutrition path and make some things happen before summer rolls around!

I am def up in weight as I didn't worry about what I ate on my trip or workout, but I should be back on track weight wise by the end of this week and continue going down in numbers!

Lifting legs this morning. Started to feel a tweak in my lower back around my 4th set of squats. Called it quits there in terms of lifting and just did a shit load of cardio. 18mins on the stair master followed by a 2.5mile run. Then another .5mile on incline treadmill just walking. Helped to stretch out the lower back so that was nice. Feels decent right now, hoping it doesn't continue to aggravate over the day.

Felt great to be back in the gym last night, that week off provided a nice break for the muscles, lifts at the weight I used last were much easier with fully rested muscles, and the high carb intake I've had on my vacation. Next trip probably won't be until around the 4th of July so time to grind baby!!

Hit the elliptical last night, did my weekly weigh in this morning (skipped last week for my trip) Weighed in at 249, which is what I weighed on the weigh in prior to my trip , so back on track and next weeks weigh in should be back on the path of loss!

Hitting the gym tonight after work can't wait!

Back is feeling pretty solid today after tweaking it yesterday. Still some slight pain, so being careful. Lifted chest this morning, nothing crazy to report, had a mean pump. Also some incline treadmill before my lift and stairs after. Dialing the diet back in, already taking affect. Weekends are my time to binge eat and what not, so I feel like I usually am bloated Monday-Tuesday. Come Wednesday already leaning out and pretty lean come Friday. Then repeat lol, it's a struggle, but I don't necessarily have anything coming in the near future that I want to be shreaded for. So I am hoping to continue maintain my current muscle mass for the time being.

Busted thru shoulders last night while waiting between meetings I had to film. Pushed a little beyond my time limit and only left myself 10 minutes to eat. The little work gym, at least for shoulders, is really becoming my favorite.

Over the weekend saw a boss who retired in late 1990s at a local food place. Not sure if BS or not, but he said "You look like you're still going to the gym" Ego boost!!!

Lets see, had a meeting with a potential wedding DJ yesterday. Turned into a few drinks and some really good Thai food. Honestly the best Pad Thai I've had. So long story short I was a little bloated and dehydrated this morning at 4:30am. Still pushed through to the gym. Incline treadmill to start, then lifted arms, followed by stairs and more treadmill. Really wanted to get a good sweat going to get some of those toxins out of my body haha. All in all a solid workout, and felt much better physically after compared to how I woke up!
