I guess I wasn't coffee brain yet. Didn't look closely to see yours is a 991. Yes, 992 versions are peeking at 300 asking.

A few more gratuitous pics…
That's a clean classic ride. 2 thumbs up

Picked up a Panamera Turbo S with an epic spec this week. Super loaded $223k sticker, literally the exact way I’d have optioned it from the factory other than the multifunction steering wheel but the carbon fiber is nice. Absolutely loving this thing as a daily driver. Find me a better daily for the money, got it for about 75% off sticker. Crazy depreciation. .

Great looking Panamera, congrats on the transaction. How many miles? Private transaction or dealer?

60k miles bought from Vegas Auto Gallery. They originally wanted $69.8k (lol), then $65k. Bought for $53.7k and they gave me $1000 more for my trade (2018 S4) than I paid for it a month ago, plus that saved me $2k in taxes. Previous owner just spent $10k on tires and air suspension too. Whole lot of car for the money.

Congrats! Love the Panamera. Keep in mind though it is a 10 year old car with a $200K+ msrp so if something breaks be prepared $$$$

My dad had a Panamera 4S a few years ago and it was just kinda eh whatever. The Turbo S is a whole different level of Panamera though. After having a Ferrari for the last 3 years the repair/maintenance costs for a Panamera look cheap by comparison. I can still get a Fidelity platinum extended "warranty" (yes I know it's a service contract not a warranty) for about $1500-2500/year depending on length which isn't terrible. Debating it. I have the money if needed but a broken PDK or engine would surely suck.

Yeah. The amount of money I've spent in repairs, maintenance, and preventative maintenance on my 2011 Cayman is around $5,500 in the last year (first year of ownership). It would have been $13-15K if I didn't do the work myself minus the clutch/flywheel.

I cannot imagine the costs of repairing and maintaining a Panamera, especially considering Audi/VW had a heavy hand in the engineering and parts of that car. It's a beast of a car but one must be prepared. There's good reason why resale is so bad on them.

There's always CPO or service contracts. A $10-20k repair isn't going to break me so I'll probably just take my chances but I really love the car so paying $6-7k for 4 years of exclusionary coverage with Fidelity may be worth it. It's almost impossible to find a CPO'd Panamera Turbo S though, let alone one with this spec that also happened to be local. Don't think there's a single one for sale right now that's CPO. I've been through about 10 Porsches, a few Ferraris, and also currently have a Wraith so none of this is new territory for me. Just gotta hope for the best.

Bentley Naim is supposedly up there.

Iirc, a audiophile type said the Acura MDX S system was exceptional. Whoda thunk?
