Did you get yours mounted today? I'm locked on going 285/35/19 on the front when the time comes but going back and forth on the rears between 295/35/20 and 305/30/20. Curious how the 305s look/feel/fit.

No, im talking to the VT guys, about changing the profile of the spoke to start sloping-in right from the outer section of the rim, rather than a flat section that transforms to more drastic curve closer to the hub.

Before i do that, i need to know what kind of clearance im playing with lol.

These are 9.5x20 +5 so not sure if this helps. The spoke is close to center of the caliper where there is least amount of clearance.

Edit: wheels are SL-A SuperLite

Fronts rubbing

My wheels are on, and they're beautiful (pics to follow). But, have some rubbing in the front on hard turns.

19X9.5 +5, 285/35-19 Michelin PS 4S, stock ride height.

I may try the heat gun approach, but aren't there modified front liners available? If anyone knows and can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it.

How do you like the 305/30 in the rear? It looks spot on. I'm back and forth on that size tire or 295/35 when i ditch the stock ps4s. Same spec rear wheel as you.

Interesting you rub up front full lock. I wonder if it's the camber at stock height? I'm at 19x10 +11 on the fronts but still have the oem 275/35 for now at the port installed HAS height. No rub currently and was planning on also going 285/35 front and was not concerned about a rub... til now lol. I realize it's a tad larger diameter but not much...

Looks-wise the 305s are killer. Here's what the rears look like from the top.

I did not have rubbing with the stock wheels/tires and 15mm spacers; may not have with these if I'd stayed 275s. Second pic shows the area of contact near full lock, which is quite small. I already ordered the very expensive IND fender liners.

EDIT 5/6: I inspected the fins today and they are broken free at the outside edge. I thought I might be able to modify them to clear, but I'm afraid of creating a path for debris flying off the tire to get through to the radiators. I'm going to take the conservative approach and install the IND units when they get here 5/8.
