What in the ?????
Is that your engine cover I just can't! Don't you have a kitchen table? No one eats in my car, nevermind off my engine. I can't imagine what must be lurking under your seats. I let myself out now.

I put four ribeyes in the fridge with pink salt and a sweet mesquite rub yesterday. With a generous amount of jack/diet, this should be a good Monday dinner!!! |

If travelling in our area, always make sure you have curd cheese and not that mozza crap lookalike and the sauce must be from St-Hubert. Otherwise, it's like a poseur wearing a fake watch. Attachment 2559448 Last edited by Lady Jane; 01-06-2022 at 06:13 PM.. |

Over 2,700 mg of sodium per can?!?!?!? I can feel my ticker seizing up from just looking at the nutritional info on the label. Not going to stop me from adding a few cans to my Amazon wish list, though.....

Looks like I can get a variety of St-Hubert products on Amazon. Is the dry mix as good as the canned gravy? We do have cheese curds here, but I haven't found the good, squeaky kind yet. Last edited by Fly320s; 03-22-2021 at 07:08 PM.. |

Never tried it but my guess and advice would be to use boiling water and use an electric mixer to get rid of lumps until smooth. Powder normally use a lot of starch as a thickening agent. Get the can.

These look like they have seasoned quite excellently. Although I decided on a more Mexican theme and went with Cazadores and Grand Marnier
