To them it's worth the risk of being found out, they do not care and look away when called on it. I.E. You see a lot these janky 7 series in LA. It's a very LA thing to do. All about the appearance and perception of wealth when in reality, it's a 10 year old car with a salvage title, 10 previous owners, and a permanent check engine light. But don't forget the 22" wheels.
