They are very good... Bake (13 minutes) in the morning for Lunch or Dinner.

We get these from Costco (and grocery store) and think they are good for frozen bread. The fresh baguettes they sell at Costco are very good as long as you don’t pick them up by the bag and watch them slide out on to the floor when the other end of the bag breaks.

Home made pizza.

Making and kneading the dough in my bread machine. In the oven for 15 minutes on the bread proof setting (100°F) to let it rise a bit. Add all the ingredients and TADA!.

Yeah I get the fresh baked ones now and then. Their country French bread is good too.

Last night was legit east coast Italian family restaurant. I miss places like this from when we lived in the mid-Atlantic. It’s an unknown cuisine in the Midwest.

Our table had:

Linguine with white clam sauce
Ossobuco
Cioppino
