Sorry for starting a thread, but hoping that someone here knows how to get in touch with admins of this forum. I joined several months ago and have been active in this form. My DMs used to work and stopped working at some point. I filled the contact us form multiple times without any luck.

Any help is appreciated!

Perhaps send a PM to Jason. Tagging him here in case he sees this post.

I actually tried to PM you a couple of days ago because I deleted a post you liked that I wanted to edit to include a quote and couldn’t, so I had to delete and repost. Tried to message you that I didn’t mean to be rude by deleting the post, but it said you have chosen to not receive PMs. Is it possible you have inadvertently enabled that setting? That message usually only pops up when someone has actually switched that function off.

EDIT — I’m an idiot, you can’t PM him obviously. (Or can you send but not receive?)

Hopefully the tag here draws his attention.

No I haven’t enabled any settings. When I go to the DM system I get this and I have already verified my email address long time ago:

That’s really bizarre that it shows you an improper fraction for your messages as it relates to capacity. For example, mine is currently 247/250 as 250 is the max. I’m assuming the 4 is what you already had in the inbox, and the 0 is there since PMs aren’t enabled for you.

I don't even see that option. I see "Visitor Messaging", and it's enabled. But DMs still don't work.

Hi Mani, thanks for getting back to me! I see your DM but receive a “no space remaining” error if I try to respond, even though I have just a handful of old DMs from the time when it worked. It’s also not letting me send any DMs.

Could you try deleted your old messages please, including messages in your "sent" items too and let me know if the error is still present?
