I took the voucher into a B&O store and picked one up. Maybe you can call B&O if there isn't a store around you.

My voucher came in the mail about 7 weeks after delivery. I used the voucher and paid to upgraded to a different pair. Honestly, I think the B&O headphone are garbage. The sound quality is very flat.

But, it’s a free pair of headphones! so I can't complain too much.
