I am not optimistic that it is going to happen as we have a unit that has been sitting at 160 for three weeks and it is allegedly unaffected by the stop sale.

Awesome, looks like my car didn't make it onto the Nocc and is just sitting there. Kind of frustrating honestly, next east coast boat departs on August 3rd....

Same situation. Plugged my Vin in and does not say anything about stop sale, although I can't imagine it is not affected. I hit final assembly May 30th!!! Hasn't moved since. It would be great to have it for a little bit of summer in NYC.... ughhh Can we fly to Mexico and drive it back at this point. half kidding.
My guys at BMWNYC started to go up the chain yesterday and see what's up and any chance of facilitation.

There is no boat date, as they are shipped to Canada by train. The only country other than Mexico (and perhaps some Central American countries) that don't have shipments from the SLP factory arriving by boat.

Victoria Gighway should be the next ship to Europe. It should arrive in Veracruz on 19.07, leave on 21st and in Bremerhaven on 17.08 (with stopover in Altamira and Davisville)

Check with your CA for a more accurate time. BMW USA is showing my car still waiting for a boat, but my internal site shows my car left the factory in 7/11 and was loaded onto a boat yesterday.

You got your allocation and went into Production in a few weeks apart in early May, so atleast that was quick. All told I was 4 Months from Allocation until Delivery GregW / Oregon has an awesome Spreadsheet. You’ll probably get your car before September, but you may have another 6 weeks, depending on the boat timing, you could get lucky. Tell Phil to get on it! Godspeed.
