FYI, got a call yesterday from my CA. Carbon Pack was available again to order. My MY24 is officially ordered! Wanted to update this thread for anyone else wondering/searching about Carbon Pack availability.

Went into the Dealership to speak with my CA, got the carbon pack removed then added the carbon roof and the M drivers package. I am sick of waiting and now my car is scheduled for production. Same day I changed it.

What week do you get? My original production week was week 28 but then it got dropped down to 105 status until I dropped the carbon buckets. Now I am week 34. Based on others' reports of the carbon buckets currently available, I am having m CA find out what week I will get moved to if I spec the buckets.

I also got week 34. I have been waiting since March so I said fuck the seats, my plan is to eventually replace them and I need a car.

You rather get a 24 model later so it can sit parked for 6 months during winter? Odd strategy but ok.

Makes me appreciate living somewhere that this is not even a consideration

Though the couple hot months we have will degrade performance some due to iats, can still drive it year round without question. And I'll trade that for 65-70 degrees on Xmas lol.

Same. Colorado is not too bad, all things considered. Lots of sun during a typical summer. The car just needs tires for the cooler temps when its 45F and perfectly sunny out.

Speaking of Colorado, my parents vacation in summit County during the hot months here. I usually head up there for a week or so as well while they're there and work remotely. I'll say there is a ton of interstate and smaller twist highways with lots of elevation changes to have alot of fun with. The problem is just seems to rain all the damn time lol.

If I didn't fly up there though I could see bringing the G87 for a week of cool air and enjoyment.

I would highly recommend the experience of driving a sports car in high alpine terrain. Reach out if you ever need route recommendations. There’s no shortage of amazing roads, specially if you appreciate the scenic nature of the mountains.
