OEM All-weather floor mats (2 options)?

I was looking to get some BMW rubber mats and there appears to be 2 different types/designs.
Both show correct fitment, but I'm sure there's something different outside the looks. (material, weight, etc)

51472469121

I kinda prefer the look of the 51472469121 (2nd image)
I do notice the right side of the mats are different, straight vs angles
What do you guys think?

I’d get the one to match the boot liner - the 1st photo. that said, 2nd one will be easier to clean.
