Exhaust Tip Warranty Question

I recently put the MST performance exhaust tips ( https://www.mst-performance.com/products/wms-g4201 ) on my 23 m240i. While putting them on, I noticed that the entire rear exhaust system (muffler, pipes) is about half an inch higher on the passenger side vs the driver side.

I added an extra washer on the passenger side to somewhat remedy this, because without it, the tips would be awfully close to the glossy black trim on the car. However, it's still not exactly level with the other tip on the driver side, and I don't like how little thread is remaining on the bolt that I attached the washers to.

My question: I have to bring the car into the dealership for some minor unrelated issues, and I'm wondering if this issue would be covered under warranty, or if the tips somehow voided that since they could possibly say I caused the unevenness by installing the tips. And would I need to remove them before bringing in? Or not since they are simply visual mods.
