How Reliable Is Alpha12 09 GTR?

Ive been eyeing an alpha12 2009 GTR but i wonder how reliable it is. Its offered for 220k dirhams which is almost 65k usd. It has a rebuilt engine from 3.8 to 4.0 and a rebuilt transmission body kit conversion from 2009 to 2015 and some aftermarket parts like wings and stuff. Tell me below

Depends on who did the build. If it was done by a reputable shop with the correct parts and tuning it should be fine. If it's a hodgepodge of parts then I would look elsewhere. To get an alpha 12 for 65k sounds fishy to me since transmission upgrades to handle that power would probably be 15-20k by itself. Built motor, alpha turbos, upgraded fuel system, etc. costs a lot and to be for sale for so cheap something has to be wrong.
