when people aren't using a heavily fish-eyed camera lens to film the car, it looks great. 90% of the videos I see are using a fisheye that skews the bodylines of the car and then people complain that it looks like garbage. Same issue with the G80 M3, most pics and videos make it look horrible until you see it in real life (or with a good lens) and it looks incredible.

I didn't realize the CF roof doesn't also have CF on the antenna cap.

Planning to get the antenna cover and rail Shadowline Gloss myself if and when I get my roof painted BSM.

Well, it's not just the $$$ that's annoying. If you've ever seen instructions or videos on how to replace those, they are a real PIA. I'm not going to touch it, not worth the effort. Just bothers me that it's not in CF.

Yeah it's not a bad looking car and overall looks very agressive. I'm even beginning to warm up to the rear which I thought was always the most 'yikes' part of the car.
No clue when I'll get to see one in person. ZB though ... I don't know if I'll ever warm up to it. |

No, #2 is the CF roof. There is no port installed HAS. I'm likely going to install it myself for two reasons. Saves me $$$ and I don't trust a dealership to do it because I've seen them use impact wrenches to loosen and then retighten the strut/shock nut because technicians are either lazy or were taught to do it incorrectly. It spins the shaft and damages the internals of the struts/shocks which then leads to having premature blown struts/shocks. Adaptive struts/shocks are pricey to replace. I always use hand tools and hold the shaft (insert joke), so it doesn't turn while I loosen the nut (insert joke #2) or put it back on.

Port installed is exactly that. Installed at the VPC. You spec your build with port installed options just as you would with factory options. Speak with your CA, he/she will know what to do. |

Do you roughly know of the cutoff timeframe for adding Port options (for example, does it have to be ordered before it leaves the boat at the VPC)? |
