I was able to squeeze it in before hitting status 150. I would’ve been pissed considering headlights are 3k+ after the fact.

Curious if anyone with a week 36 build seen any movement in the BMW tracking.
My build is supposed to be done today but it still says Step 3, production begins.

i'm the same as you. Still at step 3. My CA called earlier today saying it should be done by 9/9 - so not sure if we got bumped a week...

Any sense of the rumor of no-delivery until October is true?

Several folks have mentioned that on this forum but if there are people here with build dates ~now, holding these all for weeks seems weird.

I have been at production begins since 8/20. The genius gave me a production week of 9/2 back on 8/12. No updates on the website as of this morning. I am guessing we will get bumped up several steps at once the next time it is updated.

I am looking forward to seeing photos of the first round of cars.

Same here, production date of 9/6 but no updates yet. I wonder if it'll start moving tomorrow

Agreed… my previous G80 arrived at the port in Brunswick and took 5 days to go thru VPC and make it to Jacksonville, FL. Definitely not an immediate turnaround. And now I’m in Tampa, so we shall see… regardless, it’s gonna be a great day when they arrive!

Final ass-em-bly. It's been there for almost a day now, I'm just in Tokyo at the moment so I don't get to post updates until late, which is probably like middle of the night for some of y'all. Anyways, car was sitting at Assembly In Progress for a couple days, then skipped QA (hopefully not actually) and went straight to Final Assembly.

Really thinking hard about putting HAS on as a port installed option. I've still got time. What to do, what to do

I don’t think you can add port installed options after production begins (at least that is what my CA told me).

Huh, I heard right up until it gets to port. Doesn't change anything that happens before it gets on the boat, just after it gets taken off so it made sense to me. I'll find out by Monday.

I checked this morning and I just moved to entering assembly line as well. Hopefully an October baby is arriving.

Any other Portimao Blue/Carbon Roof/Silver Wheels/HAS coming in this batch? Real life photos please. I am tired of looking at the computer generated photos. I want to see photos in a driveway!

I think our batch on the ship right now is the first of the 2025’s so you are probably not gonna see any photos until we receive ours.
