Ended up chatting with someone on IG with pretty much the same response. I guess we’ll hear back tomorrow.

Kinda strange they’d sell just 1 piece on a brand new car. Maybe down the road if one got damaged but now?

I was on hold forever this morning so sent another email but finally got through right after sending it. Talked to Dylan and he saw the email for the refund request, said the same thing about getting it straightened out with BMW (they have since updated the pricing on their website to $930). He did offer a discount but it really wasn’t worth it so I just asked for the refund and it they processed it shortly after our conversation.

Someone should just do a gloss black extension of the inlet already in place. It would be a good value considering it's the same look and benefit.
