I was driving a 2007 VW GTI, 2012 Turbo beetle and 2015 VW GTI. all 2DR because they were the only cars that would allow the doors to fully open up almost 90 degress. With the seats back someone about 6'3 and 600lbs could fit

I’m assuming you got those tattoos after the weight loss, good for you to be living your life. Now back to what’s being done with the M2, how’s the shifting feeling to you ?

AudiDad actually i got most of em while at my largest and lucky for me they have held up pretty well inside of my arms will need to be addressed but thats a next year problem lol.

the shifting is great, after i realized that you dont need to feather throttle at all! which surprised me the most and the same for reverse. The last manual i had was the 2012 turbo beetle haha.

I am also in the works of trying to get a lipkit or something for the car before bimmers united. I want to be in the show some how but i have a lot of work to do before its even ready for that sadly but im still gonna try for that 125 VIP registration and see if i get accepted.

Hey gang just an update sorry i have been slow with posting here but some things have happened. lets break it down a little...

this past friday there was a local BMW meet and greet with over 30 cars. I was the only G87 there but heres some pics that someone got with the car.

ALSO!!! The car was approved to be in the VIP section of Bimmers United in PA on march 3/24th.. Maxton Kit is on the way i hope its here before the show..

Maxton designs has a body kit that really just adds a chin spoiler to the car, making it look more aggressive. I have just the front lip coming none of the stuff on the sides of the front bumper.

But I just discovered this thread and went through it.

That's a wild transformation! The excitement you have for your "new" self shows, and it's contagious.

xtougher Thank you so much for the kind words means alot to get the support from a community, when i felt i did this all on my own. I really do hope to help and inspire others as much as possible.

The wait for the car is worth it.. part of me wishes i didnt freak out and kept with frozen grey but i am completely happy with the it. truely is better than i imagined

Hey sorry for the super long delay in updates. Breakin service is done and this thing is a blast. I have so much going on with the car happing in the 15th. I have also gotten a few more parts from Dinan_Engineering … also big news… I will be at the R44 Performance booth getting some goodies installed at BIMMERS VS the WORLD on 3/24 by Bimmers United. What’s happening at the show? Well you’ll just have to wait and see!! if ya can make it come on out!
