It just pops in the sun. And you can go extra bold with FR interior too.

This post isn't helping me . It is the 2 colors I'm favoring this week. Ive yet to see a Toronto Red in person. For those that own it, is it more orange? It appears red in most pics, but I keep hearing it favors the orange spectrum more. Thanks for any info!

An owner can speak to it better, but I've seen it a couple times in the wild and never really thought it was very orange. It does get kind of milky or faded in direct sun because of the metallic particles in it. I liked it. It definitely did not look anywhere near as orange as Sakhir Orange on the F8x, for example. There are probably orange undertones but it depends on the lighting.

Yes it has an orange undertone. The dealer tags on my key fobs when I picked it up actually said orange on the color line 😁. In direct sunlight it looks like fire with the red & orange hues depending on the angle. As an owner of an Inferno Orange Metallic Z06, TR is definitely red, but can flash orange under certain conditions.

Picked up mine yesterday, kinda orange without sun but pops red under the direct sunlight

I don’t find mine very orange 🍊 at all in all my pics and I have many I don’t see orange

This is in my parking garage at work without any filters. People in the garage always comment that it's the perfect color for our University (Texas), and I have to tell them it's actually red not orange. There are plenty of of other red cars in the garage that don't look orange under the same lighting.

That's a pretty wild difference in that lighting.

But as others said, it's a pretty nice Texas orange!

Im trying to decide between white and zandvoort blue. My heart says ZB but wifey and my brain says white. Seeing these pics I am starting to lean towards white. That has be your camera settings. Or, lol, BMW accidentally painted your car Fire Orange.

I've had my TR in all sorts of lighting situations, and it has never come close to that. This is the closest I've ever seen.

But the bottom picture is what it looks like 90 percent of the time.

Metallic paints typically look different in different lighting.

Look at Technoviolet!
