Lights staying on

My car is off and locked key in my house and the hazard light, auto off and parking brake light stays illuminated. Any reason why? I will also be leaving the car in the garage for about a month, should I put a trickle charger on?

it takes 6-8 min until car goes into sleepmode ( lights will bee off then) ... if you come near the car with the key .. car will "wake up" ( lights on)
