Hello,

Does anyone has on order a G87 in EU and has a delivery date ? If so, when was the order made?

I made an order for a G87 auto on 10th of february and I don't have a clue when to expect the car. My dealer said about 5-6 month, but I am reserved.

Also I am astonished about the prices policy in US, because here we never buy a car at sticker price. BMW has a very aggresive discount policy and you can obtain easily more than 10%...so I guess we are lucky

I ordered the car at the end of January/beginning of February and they gave me a September date, and recently they have told me that they will surely deliver it before August.

Regarding Spain, discounts are offered but the car stays including extras at about €100,000 (taxes included) and it is a lot of money. Years ago they offered the M2 F87 for less than €70,000.

what is the use of discount compared to North American prices when in Europe a G87 is listed at 72 000 Euros base price and the USA base price for example comes at 57 000 Euros ...

is like when comparing electronics products prices in Romania vs in North America, there are much much expensive

I’ve received first production date on february.
It was scheduled for production on mars ans delivery end of april.

Now, new dates: production scheduled mid-may 23 ans delivery scheduled in belgium for mid july.
If It s no more changing.

Price whitout Carbon package : 80 000€
Alter that, we have thé beautyfull belgian law and additional taxes… but It is another discussion 😀😀🤬

oh these European additional taxes and OPF to the exhaust and everything ...
DO you also have an additional tax which varies depending on the engine size (+500 euro per year for 2000cc , +1500 euro per year for 3000 cc , etc ) like they have in Romania as per OP's country for example ?

Only in Romania they are stupid enough to tax the engine size, but it's not that much compared to other countries. For a 3000cmc engine the tax is about 500 euros/year and a road tax of about 30 euros/year (on top of these you add insurance).
Also in Europe we have those damn OPF on the exhaust which kills the engine sound even more compared to US.

Was planned for week 6 production. Dealer told me it got delayed and no new news since February. Order was placed the day it was possible. Hope my car will arrive sometime in June/July

Yes, in belgium we have :
- a first taxe (one shot) depending the pollution (CO2 emission), in the case of G87 -> 2500€.
- a second taxe (one shot again) depending the "power" of the car, in the case of G87 -> 5000 €
- a third taxe (each year) depending the "power" of the car again, in the case of G87 -> 850 €....

So yes, not easy

It is a HEA, the dealership already had an allocation for week 12. But they managed to change the specification according to my request.

To make it even easier taxes in Belgium now differ by regions . Assuming you are in the Wallonie region the first tax should be a bit lower based on published CO2 emissions (1000 to 1200 Euro depending auto or manual) .The third tax should however be slighly higher (931 Euro). It is based on the fiscal power linked to engine size not the actual car power ...Ok I am nitpicking here, taxes are high but it could be worse, see what is happening in France now (50000 Euro malus for cars above 225 g)

I correct, after all the discounts it remains at just over €90,000, not the €100,000 that I put yesterday.

Looking at the invoice, in Spain for my order there are €14,000 VAT (21%), €10,600 for CO2 emissions, €890 for registration tax, etc.
