Ordered in Nov-- got Productionweek date today.. Week 19 ( 8-14 May)

I also taked to my dealer today and he said the allocation is confirmed for production in May. I hope it doesn't change.

Italy here 😃 Got a pre-order from the dealer. Official launch in Italy is planned for May 23. So I’ll get the car few days later! I already have the VIN, no delays foreseen.

PS: in Italy I’ll pay 4.500€ per year, property tax…🥲

Ordered mine at the end of December. Production should be in the first week of August. Delivery should then be 8 weeks later.

The dealer has told me that the car starts manufacturing week 14 (beginning of April) and the delivery will be in July.

And another detail, both for Spain and other European countries, it is not possible to have any mobile application to follow the status of the car. There was but not anymore.

then yours will be a 2024 model ? Mexico plant usually switches the production lines to next year models production in every July as far as I know...

I made my order on 29th January 2023 and the dealership (Automotor Premium in Marbella, Spain) said the factory has told them August 2023 for delivery. Annoyingly though, BMW refuse to manufacture mine with the 50 Year Anniversary badges.

I got 6% discount without asking but no more was possible. €71,647 total without any taxes whatsoever as I'm exporting the car to Gibraltar, where I'll unfortunately pay 22% import duty for it.

only cars built until march 23 gets them... but your dealership can retrofit the 50 year ones ...

Why so long between production and delivery?? It has to do with the official launch in UK being later then other countries?

I'll ask them to do so, yeah. I'm sure they'll be keen on adding €200 to it though.
