Hi
Genius tell almost every communication that the dealership can get directly in touch with the factory ? Dealership tell me they cannot - who is correct ?
Reason I ask my car tracking hasn’t been updated for 6 weeks - my delivery date hasn’t changed and this will not be met if car still at factory - just trying to get a realistic timeframe so then I know what to do about this particular car 🚗

It’s been 160 since 24th May with delivery of w/c 7th August, but cars due this date in 🇬🇧changed to 195 on 3rd July. My car has the VDC stop delivery for the the strutt tower - so not sure if car still at factory or en route ?

Neither the dealership nor the Genius line can get in contact with the VDC or the factory directly. Everyone you've spoken with is full of shit.

Thought so but would be a lot easier if didn’t say things not factually correct - almost every contact they just revert you constantly back to dealership every time

Your dealership is going to have the most up to date outward facing information on the car through the Vehicle Inquiry Status. Tag or Game or T_U_D can correct me if otherwise.
