Touring? Is that a trim? Last I checked in BMW language touring meant “wagon” or “estate”…

Mmmm…” M2 wagon” now that something I would buy with my eyes closed…

Nope, hate the wagon versions of performance cars. You all can keep them. Just my two pennies and not meant to disrespect anyone's likes...

Agreed. If you simply need a performance sedan with the added practicality of a tailgate, just go all-in and get yourself a bigger, taller, heavier car that will provide you with a worse driving position, poorer performance, more leaning into the corners, poorer fuel economy and higher taxes (the latter being especially relevant in Europe), and by the way you'll never go scratch its wheels off-road. Makes sense

Canadian here. I would buy an M2 touring, even better would be a clown-shoe like two door version.

I know they are contemplating a limited run of a new Z4 coupe, but at a huge premium.

And some many here wonder why BMW isn't bringing touring versions in the US anymore...
Most people prefer higher viewpoint of the dynamically handicapped SUVs over there

If you want the performance get a real sports car then, getting the M3 sedan don’t make it much different than someone who wants a M3T.

There’s always so called proper or purists and there’s always such a thing called semi, I respect all these.

I’ve heard that Hong Kong is the only place on earth without Driving Assistant Pro, Connected Drive, digital key, Apple CarPlay and etc.

Yes, we do not have Driving Assistant Pro because our stupid Transport Department think it is dangerous

Yes, we do not have Connected Drive because our market is too small for the dealer to have server We do not have digital key because we do not have Connected Drive!!! Apple Car Play is an option in Hong Kong.

However, the price of a new BMW in Hong Kong is the highest (maybe Singapore higher) in the world because of the heavy tax.

Just to keep the price competitive. But im not sure whether its offer as option.
In Malaysia we have the base options of driving assistance, connected drive, digital key and etc. however, if u wanna go for laser light, bucket seat, and other pro options u gotta add monies.

Base price for an M3/M4 comp pack is roughly USD 163k. And we only have Comp Pack.

We have access to the My BMW app but it is severely dumbed down. Only can access surround view and remote lock/unlock, lights, horn. And location.

Live traffic available but the source they use just shows green everywhere even when there’s traffic jams. Mostly useless.

Apple CarPlay available through third party coding but not official.

You can factory order a car with additional options however all options are taxed at 100%.

How else do you think one can quickly get to the Starbucks drive thru on the way home from Home Depot with a bag or two of mulch? Can’t imagine anything less than a 500 hp SUV.
