M Perf parts look fantastic on the car. That initial shot from the front 3/4 does the best job of showing off what the car truly looks like in real life. The stance and proportions are a significant improvement over the last generation.

Some of the M performance parts look great, others meh.
The spoiler is a MUST to clean up the rear. The side skirts combined with the front lip edge pieces are very sharp too. (Hoping you can just get the corner pieces and not the center portion as that would get scrapped too much imo). The CF grill & diffuser are way overpriced, but looks solid if you've got the $ to burn. 20" rims just look too big on this. The side decal is too ricey and looks rough with the silver part on purple. I'm on the fence about the hood decal, it's very unique and accentuates the bulge (that's what she said). Interior CF can all be purchased from China for 1/10th the price. |

I wonder if the G-series MP wheel (part no. 32-30-2-448-757) will be available for this car, or maybe something new for the G42? Also, those MP seats in this video are excellent. All this thing's missing are DL, MDM, and M Drive buttons. Oh and quad exhaust.

The double side decal look is terrible.
No decals and I think the car looks the business especially for an m lite car. |

And it's not about the CF. It's everything to do with the W I D E body and M team R&D to handle the rigors of hobbyist track duty.

The M2 will no doubt be the more exciting car, preferable by many including myself but I doubt the M2 will render the M240i irrelevant unless it does include an Xdrive version. The M240i is a stout and fun performer and by no means an over dressed pretender. |
