CCTV Cabling for vehicles

Hello I need to put a CCTV camera in my 1 Series (It's for work) has anyone put a system internally in their car, I guess it would be a similar system to what they use in taxis. I could do with some advise in relation to cables needed in particular as it is a mine field after looking at sites like this.

Er no, you don't need a regular CCTV. Just get a dashcam and point it inside the car. There are also dual-camera units that record both inside and outside the car. The Uber drivers use stuff like that. Check Amazon or AliExpress, you don't need an expensive unit.

A parking power kit will let it run 24/7 if you need it to. It's designed for car 12V power systems and the camera itself is powered thru a USB socket and cable.
