Track Armour vs Tracwrap

Has anyone her experienced any problems with removal of either product with removing clearcoat?

I have Adams Advanced Graphene applied already. I have read reviews on Scamazon for Track Armour of left residue and removed clearcoat. I read review here that are good. I would rather have xpel TW (because xpel is top tier brand) than the TA but there is no time as I go out of town for a week long driving trip and have to get TA.

For those that have used TA/TW what temp was the tape when you removed it when or if it left any residue? Was there any clear removed or was it tape residue?

Hey Frank

I used XPEL Tracwrap pre-ppf on the track for my F82 and I never heated it up prior to removing. I just ripped it off after the weekend and it never damaged my clear coat or paint. No experience with trackarmour.

I'm not sure if I even remember there being residue to be honest.

How long was it on and was it wet? Did you apply or use soapy wudder?

2-3 days, summer on all the occasions.

I used regular water and squeegeed it down but also applied it dry on a few occasions. Tried not to spend too much time applying it or going for perfect fit. I'd just slowly pull it off when I got the car home.

Then I guess water didn't affect the wrap. Great, just got some. New car is w/o a condom.
