Pro tip: you only need to lift the rear of the car to raise the rear and the front, saving jacking up time as you can remove both wheels from each side at the same time on the same lift.

I have the carbon fiber interior pkg also and the trim around the center air vents and around the radio button is piano black. Just BMW being cheap on the cf pkg. Was the same in my wife's X3MC with carbon fiber pkg, only certain parts are carbon fiber and the rest was either piano black or silver. So I had to buy cf pieces online to replace those.

I’ll get proper photos tomorrow.
The sun was setting when I picked up the car! And full proper photos next week when the rest of the carbon stuff arrives! But here’s one |

Yeah I did the DRLs, spacers, and reflector delete myself (and at the same time since I had to take the wheels off).
The DRLs are really straightforward. Just lots of screws to remove. One tip is make sure you loosen the headlight screw under the hood enough, and the DRL comes right out. Blasted through the second one. |

Spent the better part of an hour cleaning brake dust off the wheels then knocked out the rest of my break-in miles with a drive up the California coast.
