Only one of two deliveries of Priority 1 orders yet from forum members, all the rest have been HEAs.

Correct, all HEAs have the 50 Jahre Badges. The availability ended at the end of February. The only Priority 1 order I’m aware of with the badges is AndyinHou.

I think quite a few orders got the 50 year badges. I can check tomorrow if I remember.

Yeah, I’m sure a lot of orders from the first allocation drop got them, I was just speaking of Bimmerpost P1s. The only order I’ve heard or seen is Andy’s.

I know by the time I got an allocation in the 2nd drop (2/28) it was over.

Hard to call an M car "simple" when they usually come with most luxury and tech features from their base models as standard. Haha.

I meant simple as in unclutter, the blue stitching is subtle but nice. With white exterior I think op picked a really nice build.

Assuming most of the inventory units in the country are HEAs, I filtered those out and searched for 50 years emblems. I came back with 42 results. So I'm guessing there were about 50 custom orders that came with the emblems. Then of course all the HEAs.

I was kinda bummed at first I couldn’t get them with mine but after seeing the TRs with & without I think it looks better with the stock Emblems.

Considering you can get them fairly easy down the road, don’t believe it’ll effect the resale much at all either.

Thanks for pulling the numbers.

I put my M240i up for sale on the F22 forum section, and also on Facebook Marketplace. No inquiries yet. Feels like it is going to be a pain selling it at or above my minimum price. If I can't get the minimum then no new M2 for me. But I will be bugging my dealers in a couple weeks to get updates on the monthly allocation.

Are there any other ideas people have for selling their car? Was thinking about getting it in front of buyers who see the collective value of the car given I will be including 2 sets of wheels (both sets tires have less than 5K miles), and the car was fitted with the M Performance LSD which was not on these cars (RWD) from the factory and completely transforms the driving experience. I spent 6K last year on the LSD and 2nd set of wheels. I do not expect to sell my car for 6k over the average selling price, but 2 to 3K over should be reasonable, right? I'm afraid the average person on Facebook, on AutoTrader, etc won't give a crap about those things. At least not until they go buy a different F series M240i without the wheels and LSD....

I'd recommend trying cars-and-bids or bring-a-trailer (with a reasonable reserve price). Modified cars hardly ever sell for more than they wholesale. In fact, you might be better off returning the car to stock and selling the parts independently (aside from the LSD, obviously). I learned very early on that you simply have to accept that the money you spend on modifications is entirely at your preference and is basically gone for good. If the entire reason you're looking at an M2 is because you're expecting a massive payout from selling a modified car, you're probably going to find yourself in a difficult position.

Came to say the same thing. While I understand our desires for others to see value in what we've done to our cars, time and again it is shown that mods add nothing to the value (in general, I grant there are some key mods that can/will).

See what carmax/vroom and such offers too. I don't know what the market is like today, but a year ago they were way over paying for cars (which means they probably aren't anymore haha).

I get what you and the previous poster are saying. I wouldn't expect to get any value out of the vast majority of mods, but a 2nd set of wheels and the LSD.....come on. I guess my ego just wants a potential buyer to acknowledge the importance and impact of those additions to the car. Again, probably chasing a unicorn. Maybe reverting back to stock and pricing to the market is what to do. Even finding a shop that would swap the stock diff back in for a few hundred bucks might be worth it.
